Partnership-driven development

Partnerships

Development works better with the right partners.

Sterling Maple brings together land, capital, public-sector relationships, design, construction, operating expertise and specialist delivery partners to move viable developments forward.

Our role is to align the right people, capabilities and project structure around a clear development opportunity.

The partnership model

Bringing the right expertise together.

Sterling Maple acts as developer, project organizer and development manager—bringing specialized expertise together around projects that can create lasting value.

Every opportunity calls for a different mix of local knowledge, planning, capital, design, construction, operations and delivery capability. We work with partners who strengthen the project team and support a credible path from early idea to execution.

Sterling Maple has partnered with Kiwi Newton, an Ontario design-builder and manufacturer whose integrated delivery capabilities support Sterling Maple developments.

Sterling Maple remains the developer. Kiwi Newton is a major design-build, construction, engineering and manufacturing partner, bringing specialist Modern Methods of Construction expertise to the delivery team.

Its capabilities include integrated planning and design, engineering, DfMA, BIM-integrated design and production, panelized MMC, precast wall and floor systems, factory quality control, Guelph manufacturing and coordinated erection.
